About Canton GA

Canton GA is a fairly large and extremely popluar town located about 40 miles NW of Atlanta near Lake Allatoona. Located in Cherokee County, Canton is just north of Woodstock and west of Alpharetta. Canton is a stone's throw from the North Georgia mountains and is known for it's fresh air, country like settings and its proximity to Lake Allatoona.
