Marietta Georgia

Marietta is large and diverse city located approximately 30 miles northwest of Atlanta. Located in beautiful Cobb County, Marietta is divided into 2 sections by highway I-75, namely West Cobb and East Cobb. Marietta is a charming city with great schools, affordable housing (at least in West Cobb) and low Property Taxes.

West Cobb covers more land area and home prices are more affordable for most. East Cobb tends to be a little more on the expensive side and is certainly a sought after area. Older homes in East Cobb start in the mid 200's and new homes in the 400's.

Marietta has a quaint Historical downtown area that has seen a complete transformation over the past few years.
