Ovation

Ovation, a 19-story luxury condo highrise, is under construction near the Buckhead Village entertainment district. Trammell Crow Residential, one of the nation's largest private multifamily developers, broke ground on the 19-story high-rise in late 2004 in Buckhead Plaza, near the intersection of Peachtree Street and West Paces Ferry Road.

The controlled-access building will include one- and two-bedroom homes with nine- and 10-foot ceilings, as well as penthouses which will feature 22 foot ceilings in the living areas. The community will have concierge service, and residents will enter through a two-story lobby.
